MR Field privacy policy

1. Overview

MR Field ("the App") is a private field application provided for the staff of MR Constructions. It lets authorised site engineers sign in, record attendance, and upload site photographs to their company account. The App is intended solely for use by MR Constructions personnel with valid company credentials; it is not a consumer service and is not directed to the general public or to children.

MR Constructions is the data controller of the information processed through the App. The App is developed and maintained on MR Constructions' behalf by SikeProductions. This policy describes what the App collects and why.

2. Information We Collect

The App collects only the information needed to perform its functions:

Account information. When you sign in, we process your login identifier (username or email), your name, your assigned role, and your assigned site, as held in your MR Constructions account. Your password is sent securely to authenticate you and is not stored on the device in readable form.
Precise location (GPS). When you check in or check out for attendance, the App reads your device's current GPS coordinates at that moment and submits them with your attendance record. Location is used only at the time you tap check-in/check-out. The App does not track your location in the background or when you are not using it.
Camera and photos. When you choose to upload a site photo, the App accesses your camera (to take a new photo) or your device gallery (to select an existing one). Only the photos you explicitly select or capture are uploaded. The App does not scan or read your photo library otherwise.
Attendance details you enter. Optional information you add to an attendance entry, such as a labour count or an attendance selfie.

The App does not collect contacts, messages, call logs, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any data unrelated to its stated purpose, and it contains no third-party advertising.

3. How We Use Information

To authenticate you and keep you signed in securely.
To record your attendance (check-in/check-out, with location and time) in the MR Constructions management system.
To store the site photos you upload in your project folder for company records.
To display your profile (name, role, assigned site) inside the App.

Information is used only for these operational purposes. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. How Information Is Stored and Protected

All communication between the App and the MR Constructions server takes place over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Your login session token is stored on your device using the operating system's encrypted storage and is removed when you sign out.
Attendance records and uploaded photos are stored on MR Constructions' own managed server infrastructure and are accessible only to authorised company staff.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Data collected through the App is shared only with MR Constructions (your employer/engager) for the operational purposes described above. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the company or its staff.

6. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions, each used strictly for the feature named:

Location (precise) — to attach your position to an attendance check-in/check-out.
Camera — to take site photos and optional attendance selfies.
Photos / media — to let you select an existing photo to upload.
Internet — to communicate with the MR Constructions server.

You can review or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings; some App features will not work without the relevant permission.

7. Data Retention

Attendance records and uploaded photos are retained by MR Constructions for as long as needed for its business and record-keeping purposes. Your locally stored session is cleared when you sign out or uninstall the App. Requests relating to retention or deletion of your records should be directed to MR Constructions using the contact details below.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information associated with your account. As the App is provided through your employment/engagement with MR Constructions, please make such requests to MR Constructions via the contact below.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for MR Constructions staff and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
